Agua de Valencia isn't just any cocktail. It was born in the late 1950s in the bars of the city centre, when a group of friends from northern Spain visited Valencia and jokingly asked for "agua de Valencia" (water from Valencia). The bar owner improvised the mix and a legend was born.
The recipe: cava or sparkling wine, fresh Valencian orange juice (the real star), vodka, gin and a touch of sugar. Served in a jug, to share. It goes down easy — but it hits hard.
It's not just a cocktail. It's the excuse to stay an extra hour on a terrace, in good company. It's what people in Valencia order when there's something worth celebrating.

Yes. The tour involves alcohol consumption, so the minimum age is 18.
Spanish and English simultaneously. Your host speaks both languages fluently.
The tour goes ahead: all three venues have indoor space and the experience doesn't change. It's only cancelled in extreme weather, with a full refund.
Full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. No refund after that, but the ticket is transferable to another person or date.
We confirm it by email when you book. Always in Valencia city centre, very close to the historic quarter — easy to reach by metro, bus or on foot.
Maximum 14 people. The group size is intentionally small so it's an intimate experience, not a mass excursion.
The tour includes: a 50% discount voucher on the first drink at La Cola del Pez, a 50% discount voucher on the first drink at Redondo en Boca, and a free Agua de Valencia at the rooftop. Additional drinks are at your own expense at each venue.
